      Never got it to connect to my Galaxy 51 phone. If I must walk outside to read the thermometer, I already have one of those. Still an annoyance when things don't work immediately when you take them out of the box and the screen lights up when the batteries are inserted but the app can't find it. I put in fresh new Duracell batteries in place of the ones in the package and it still didn't talk to the app. Poor design? Inadequate testing? Who knows.

      They don't seem to understand that Covid made the US mail system S-L-O-W and registering a product within 7 days of purchase isn't always possible. I was there on the 8th day after the sale but no "goodies" for me. Practically, that time should be 10-14 days.

      Used this unit twice to smoke meat. After the second session of smoking, with the meat never going over 205 degrees, I tried to use it the third time, but when I put the unit on, it read 129 degrees, instead of 76 degrees for room temperature. Don't know if it's the probe or the unit. Disappointed - I received this as a gift and they want a receipt to do anything about it... Stay tuned.

      The probe gets damaged with time. It is impossible to keep the probe out of fire all the time and when it gets damaged the thermometer got crazy and shows crazies readings.

      had for 2 months and stopped working reached out to swap it out and have not heard anything in a week after sending them a still no word stay away from Nutrichef = junk
