Vertical Rotating Oven

I've done 2 chickens with mine already a 6lb and a 5lb. Both came out very juicy and perfect. I like the "slow" setting to cook longer. This does NOT slow the turning rate down, what it does is turn the heat down to basically lower heat. It is confusing at first until you figure it out. The timer on the machine is very accurate, I matched it to the microwave timer and it was only off by 5 seconds and that could have been me. For the price, you can't beet the machine and for a single person it's great! Keep it simple and don't over season the food, it'll work well for you. *NOTE* Do NOT open the doors for a few minutes after the cooking is done, the back coils are still hot and this may effect the glass, I'm a retired engineer and too much heat on the glass can cause them to break or shatter. Let it cool before you open it.

ive received this item as a gift person who bought me this has trown away receipt before item was open , once open we notice that the spit which is the part that hold everything together was missing , meanwhile ive register my item for a year warranty and contacted nutrichef so far ive explain my situation 4 times and the keep requesting for a receipt what is a year warranty for ? plus as a buiness there costumer service is not the greatest ive dealt with another company 8 years ago and bever had this much issue getting a part .. now i have a brand new item sitting on my counter that i cannot used thanks nutrichef Awsome !!!
