Fritata
  • 1/4 lb Breakfast Sausage, fully cooked and crumbled
  • 4 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Red Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1 Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Combine sausage, eggs, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onion, and cayenne in a bowl and mix to combine.

Pre-heat the airfryer to 360 F / 180 C. Spray a non-stick cake pan with cooking spray.

Place egg mixture in the prepared cake pan.

Cook in the airfryer until fritata is set, about 18 to 20 minutes.
