Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1 pound refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 scallion, sliced on the bias, for garnish
Special equipment: a pizza stone
Preheat the oven to 425°F with a pizza stone on the rack. Roll out the dough on parchment to a 12-inch circle and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in hot sauce. Toss chicken in half of this mixture, then set aside. Spread the remaining sauce on the dough, top with chicken, mozzarella, and blue cheese. Bake on the pizza stone for 12 to 15 minutes until crisp. Garnish with scallions and drizzle with extra sauce.
