Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

6 large tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
6 ounces goat cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups cooked orzo
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Core and seed the tomatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters as desired.

In a medium bowl, combine the onions, basil, and goat cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then mix in the cooked orzo. Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Place the tomatoes directly on the grill, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes until the juices start to run. Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
