Fruity Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 vanila
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
fruits of choice

In a large bowl whisk egg, sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and softened butter together. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk everything together. Be careful not to overmix. Scoop the batter into 1/4 cup for each pancake and pour onto a greased pan. Cook pancakes until they start to bubble. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Top with maple syrup and fruits of choice.
