Easy Pizza Crust

Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough
Prep Time: 30 mins
Yield: 8 Servings

1 1/2 cup self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
Cooking Spray

Mix flour and yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep from being too sticky, for 8 to 10 minutes.

Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray and spread dough to the edges of the pan.

Note: Make sure to cook at 500 F (260 C) otherwise the crust will not brown on the bottom. Double the recipe if using 16-inch pizza pan.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
Yield: 1 12-inch Pizza

1 (0.25 oz) package active dry yeast
1 tsp white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 F / 45 C)
2 1/2 cup bread flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C)

In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving
