      Save your money

      I am an experienced baker and can't get this to bake correctly at all. Adjusting time and temperature doesn't work. Cookies and biscuits are burnt on the bottom and raw in the center. Reaching out for support got me no where.

      The hot plates took an extremely long time just to boil water.

      Afraid to try the rotisserie function.

      I will be returning and getting another brand.

      Was gifted this oven for Christmas as I live in a tiny apartment with only a plug in cooktop. This was a great alternative to having to move the toaster oven and hot plate back and forth between uses. Reason for my rating is as follows: the instructions and settings could be a lot clearer. It took me a little bit to figure out how to turn it on and set the temperature. The dials are marked on the side, so when you turn the dial down, you can no longer read what setting they are on unless you look underneath. Oven works great the few times I’ve used it, however the cooktop takes a looooong time to heat up... like 30 minutes to get a kettle hot (not boiling, just warm enough to make tea). I have not attempted to cook on the top just yet since I don’t think it will ever be consistently hot enough to properly cook food. That being said, for the price it is a great tiny oven. Convection wasn’t too loud, there is lots of space inside, and it looks great. If you just need a small oven this is a great option, but I wouldn’t count on using the burners as your only methid for cooking

      junk. it cost to much to ship back and wait for my money it was cheaper to pay the land fill.

      Function confusion

      This device has the most confusing function controls. Terrible design with little boxes instead of words.
