    I was skeptical due to reviews about this. I have a stove top gas oven. My first time seasoning this and putting this in the oven there was a chard smell in my kitchen. But it didn’t last. I was t sure if this was because i washed it first or not. But the smell didn’t last long and wasn’t overwhelming. I haven’t had any issues. Upon my first time using it i cleaned it off with a bamboo brush and an non abrasive soap and boiling hot water. It is the heaviest cast iron griddle i ever had…
