    So far good! Lightweight and keeps water hot all day! I drink lots of tea so this is very helpful.

    I like the 4L capacity of this unit as well as its relatively small size, swivel ability, and how quickly it heats up! At first I was nervous about not being able to thoroughly wash it as I would regular dishes, but running the boiled water through the unit seemed to do the job. The water stays hot and has no metallic or other foreign taste.

    Stopped working in 66 days.

    I’m really disappointed with this product, especially the follow up service by the maker of this boiler. You get what you pay for - it’s cheap for a reason. It doesn’t seem there is any real service, even it’s under warranty. The boiler stopped working in 66 days. The phone number listed on the brochure for this boiler seems like a sham: someone took my call and said they would get back to me; asked me to send a video of the boiler showing the error code; it had to go to a manager to find further solution… no solution was provided by Nutrichef/Pyle. I filed compliant with Amazon and it effectively resolved the issue. The takeaways from this is that I’m glad I didn’t order it directly from Nutrichef. It would have been a total loss.
