    This stock pot works every bit as well as my all clad. I needed this to make a huge batch of homemade chicken broth, and it worked great. Highly recommend.

    Love the pot. It takes awhile to heat up on my electric stove but once it does, it holds the heat in well. Easy to clean too.

    Perfectly compatible with my induction cook top! Used it for tomato sauce & water bath canning of 1.5 pints & quarts before I even put it in my cupboards! Love the liter/quart markings inside. Good quality. For those that are particular about construction: 18/10 steel is marked on the bottom. The handles are applied with rivets (not my favorite style) but they are smooth and high on the pot. The rim is a strong edge, but unlike turned down rims, it does not catch food.
